Základné fakty ktoré doporučujeme brať do úvahy pred realizáciou strechy
- strecha je na veľa rokov - sklon strechy má vplyv na výber krytiny - na výber vhodnej krytiny má vplyv nosnosť krovu - každá krytina potrebuje svoj podklad (latovanie alebo debnenie) - existujúca konštrukcia krovu má určitú nosnosť - drevo starého krovu má vysokú životnosť, ale musí byť zdravé - existujúca (neexistujúca) tepelná izolácia má svoju úlohu v strešnom systéme - strešné fólie majú určité parametre a oblasti použitia - treba počítať s odkvapovým systémom - pri vyšších sklonoch sú vhodné snehové zachytávače - v prípade strešných okien treba presne dodržiavať postup montáže - osb dosky nie sú také drahé ako niektorí hovoria - pracnosť pokládky má vplyv na cenu aj čas montáže
